As with all of our "Imperfects" , this mascara comes full size with a small defect such as over pouring, or a mark on the packaging. (Not visible in these pictures as imperfections vary)

How to use: Use either the angle or wand part of an eco-friendly bamboo eyebrow and brush, dip or roll brush into the product and apply to eyebrows. Can be worn alone or over a powdered brow color.
