Our 'Imperfect' highlighter in 'Rose-Quartz' is the same light reflecting highlighter we always make but somehow it is imperfect.
The Highlighters are new and full size but with small defects such as a little over-pouring, some product got on the packaging or candelilla wax hardened on the top, etc..
There are limited quantities of the Imperfect Highlighters available.
